GENERAL INFORMATION &
ENROLLMENT

Eligibility:
Classes are open only to
employees of Customer firms owning Electro-Motive products.
Location: EMD Customer Training Center in LaGrange, IL.
Cost: Class cost is per the fee
schedules listed in the course descriptions. Payment is required at
time of enrollment. For customers receiving new equipment, training
on that equipment is per the purchase contract.
Accommodations: Lodging, transportation and subsistence
expenses are the responsibility of the student or the employer.
Lunch will be provided Monday through Thursday for classes held at
EMD.
Safety
Equipment: EMD will provide safety glasses and/or ear
protection. As a plant tour may be included in your class, it is
mandatory that you wear low-heeled, sturdy soled shoes. Canvas-type,
soft-soled or open toe shoes are not acceptable in the shop areas.
Registration:
A responsible officer of a customer firm owning Electro-Motive
products should make registration requests through Valley Power
Systems, Inc.
