MBE 900 EGR Major Engine Repair
3-DAYS
  Enable service personnel to troubleshoot and diagnose engine problems, disassemble and reassemble engines correctly, repair and overhaul engine components and perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups. Program includes both classroom lectures and practical hands-on exercise. Students disassemble an engine and an in-depth study is made of the following, general construction and operation principles, fuel, air, lube and cooling systems. Also overhaul procedures, tune-up and troubleshooting. After all components are reassembled, the engine is tuned.
