Valley Power Systems is proud to announce that Steve Knox has been named Customer Support Manager at our City of Industry location. Steve has extensive experience in the industry and has been instrumental in expanding Valley's service capabilities in the Los Angeles basin and surrounding areas.
Steve joined the Valley team in January 2008 as a service technician in Mira Loma. He worked his way up the ranks and was promoted to Shop Foreman and later Service Manager in Mira Loma. In July of 2015, Steve assumed the role of Service Manager at Valley's City of Industry location. Under his careful guidance, our service business has flourished. In his new role, Steve will continue to oversee the service operation in addition to the parts department. We are confident that Steve's extensive service experience will greatly benefit our parts customers.

Valley Power Systems is proud to announce that John DeMelo has been named On-Highway Customer Support Manager in San Diego. John has extensive experience in the industry and has been instrumental in expanding Valley's parts and service capabilities in San Diego and Imperial counties.
John joined the Valley team in January 2013 as the Parts Manager in San Diego. Under his careful guidance, Valley's parts sales have steadily grown through targeted product offerings and closer management of inventory. In his new role, John will continue to oversee the parts operation in addition to the service department's on-highway division.
