Most diesel particulate filter (DPF) manufacturers recommend having your unit cleaned once per year or every 50,000 miles for on-highway vehicles. Continuing to operate a plugged DPF can result in low engine performance or filter failure. Is it time to have your DPF cleaned?
Our cleaning system’s air knife scanning technology ensures each individual cell in the filter is scanned numerous times, while upper and lower high-pressure air jets allow cleaning from both ends of the filter, not just one. For DPFs that require additional cleaning, we perform thermal regeneration to achieve further soot oxidation.
